Here at LifeABA we do things differently, so why not the hiring process too?

 First, let's start with what we're looking for:

• Already BACB certified (BCBA's, BCaBA's, or RBT's). If you're looking to just start your behavior analytic career, we're proud of you! But unfortunately we don't provide the 40-hour RBT training

• For RBT's - Must be enrolled in a BCBA/BCaBA program (We love supervising candidates!)

• Interest in working exclusively with adolescents and adults (if you're looking to do early intervention, we can make some recommendations, but that's not us)

• Looking to do one-on-one services directly with your clients

• Self-sufficient and autonomous professionals who thrive without micro-management

• Collaborative folk who are always down to share ideas with colleagues
